You might be working with this company for years, and you don’t want to repeat yourself every week on the same issue.  You don’t want to have a cleaning issue and never hear back when you try calling to talk about it.

Commination and attitude are everything

When you are trying to resolve a cleaning issue and your cleaners get defensive and argue that it is not their fault, you’re probably not having a good time.  But when you call and a sympathetic and helpful person apologizes for the issue before promising to fix it, and then they do FIX IT right away you are probably much happier with your cleaners.

It’s not IF but WHEN you have cleaning issues

The best cleaners with the best intentions will still miss something or make a mistake.  They are human, but the way a great cleaning company operates is in their response.  They will take the issue and fix it with polite and professional communication.
